Microsoft® Windows® Malicious Software Removal Tool (KB890830) - Catchy title eh?
I guess this sits alongside their anti spyware tool, but I think you can never have enough of these types of programs.
I promise I won't make a habit of advocating Microsoft products but these do seem pretty good.

It's seperate from the "Fantastic Program" and searches for, and fixes, the worst viruses currently doing the rounds. At least that's what I think it does...
