Now that they've priced us off the roads by charging £5 to enter London in a car (soon to be £8) the railway companies have decided that the best thing to do is add a 'congestion charge' for trains.
The whole point of congestion charges was to get people off the roads and onto public transport. Part of the congestion charges was supposed to be spent improving public transport (including trains) and now we're expected to pay extra for an underperforming service that we already pay for. Why on earth would we want to pay more for the privilege of sitting (if you're lucky... standing is more common) next to sweaty business men? The reason is simple; there is no other choice! Unless I can convince my boss to let me work from home (I guess one bonus is I won't have to listen to his music) I'm going to have to spend even more of my wages each month on getting to work.

NOTE : The 'Great!' in the title is a sarcastic Great as in, 'NOT Great!' - just thought I would clear that up in case someone thinks I like the idea of paying MORE money for a crap service that, given a choice, I would never use anyway.

I hope this don't come across as spam, I thought I'd let you know about a feature film that
believes in the same things you do.
The film is called "Superhero Harry" it's a comic book style film BUT..... it takes
the .mickey. out of the political correctness and those stupid road laws they change every week.
Eg: In the film a poor guy gets caught driving while eating an apple ( yep. same as what happened
in real life) the film goes on about true events ID CARDS, car and train congestion charges, Hoodies, leaves falling on
paths etc, I feel as it's the
only film to ever use itself to show how stupid the system is , if you could at
least watch the trailer and maybe support it by telling your friends about it or posting on this site.
