I'm not sure what the difference is between Online Internet Webtools and Offline Internet Webtools, but iWebTool is a website that has a series of, um, online tools for the web.
A couple of the more interesting tools are the anti spam tool which is a place that gives spam bots plenty of random emails to harvest, and the backlink checker that lets you find out who is linking to you're site - it's much better than the Google page link checker.

Great tools! I use them every day!
There are some great tools there. I made a web tools website for fun a couple months ago but never really finished the project. Wanted to see how scuttle works....
