Microsoft Coding 4 Fun
For a site that's called Coding 4 Fun this site couldn't be less enjoyable.
Microsoft are trying to get people to start programming at an earlier age, which I think is a great idea, but making the site this dry and academic looking just sucks all the fun out of the subject. The topics they are talking about, game developement, image editing, even iTunes addons, are perfect subject matter for getting people interested. They're even offering a free beta ...
