I like all things interactive, and some of the stuff on the new Getty Images promotional site is incredibly nice.

For those who don’t know Getty Images is a royalty free stock image library. What this means is that publishers, artists, webdesigners and anyone else who needs a photo or graphic of some sort, can come along and buy the rights to use hi quality media in their projects.

Getty Images teamed up with 5 interactive designers asking each of them to create 2 pieces to show off Getty’s image library.

My favourites are the two by Sumona. I could play with those things for hours. In fact this one - information - caused a conversation amongst some of us at work as we tried to work out how it was all done.

For now I am going to go and lose myself in the never ending photo mosaic.
