Erm… oh dear! Check out the 10 funniest gadgets as chosen by Tech-E-Blog

The DVD rewinder is just crazy - but you can kind of see that it’s meant as a joke (I hope). The 360 degree camera is even more crazy - you wouldn’t look like a fool at all. The usb powered bbq is a nice idea, if a little impractical, but look at how many usb ports it takes up!

My favourite - the head bath! I can just imagine wearing that to sooth my aching scalp after a hard day at the office.

Hot Fuzz

I went to see the new British comedy, Hot Fuzz, the other day - and it was absolutely great.

I haven’t seen Shaun of the Dead, despite hearing that it’s really rather good, but that didn’t stop me from wanting to see this film. From what I have heard the humor and the style of the two films are fairly similar and having now seen Hot Fuzz I think I will give it a go.

I was very surprised by the levels of blood and gore in the film but it was all suitably b movie style with plenty of comic over the topness that stops you from taking it all too seriously - and to cut this post incredibly short I loved it!

Simon Pegg isn’t the sort of actor you would normally associate with an action hero role but he plays his role, as Sergeant Nicholas Angel (Angle?), …

Regulus in Russian - Tutorial

Titov Anton - the developer of the Russian translation for Regulus - has put together a short tutorial explaining how to make use of the new language files. Unfortunately the tutorial is in Russian, but I am going to ask him to translate it into English so I can repost it here in the hope that others will be able to make use of it.
