Your online neighbourhood

June 25, 2007 | Links

Was aimlessly browsing today and stumbled upon this interesting post from blog-op.com - check out your neighbors.

Basically he mentions a website called myIPneighbours.com where you can find out the websites that are running off of the same shared server that you run on.

In the interest of sharing some link love, and helping out the others in my neighborhood, my IP neighbors are linked below.

Anybody have any unexpected/ unusual/ famous IP neighbors?

    Wow so cool.

  2. Nothing of note with my IP neighbours unfortunately.

Good of you to share the link love in this way.

    LT - indeed.

David - Well I found it rather interesting so had to link… that’s why I blog :) I actually found the site via yours I think so it’s your fault I posted anyway.

I’ve also had a friend inform me that he is sharing an IP with the (and I quote from the site) “most glamorous and most visited nylon model on the net today”. I don’t think I’ll post the link…

    Cheers Ben.

Most glamorous nylon model? Hmm, perhaps you’re better off not knowing….. ;-)

I wonder what kind and mainly how many sites are my neighbours. On my same apache server there are 144 other websites!
