3 blokes + a video camera, a pc or two, and a few days of hard work, loads of imagination, and what do you get? See the video below for your answer.
Part of my degree was special effects, and whilst I did the basics (green screening etc) there is no way I could do anything like this - it turned out incredibly well… especially considering there’s only 3 people “storming” that there beach.

Wow, I honestly wasn’t expecting something that amazing. Shows that the million dollar budgets and teams of SFX artists go a little over board when these guys created cinematic scenes with 3 guys.

Agreed - when I first heard about this I really wasn’t expecting the end result to look anything like it does. They did an amazing job.

however the single biggest and most common screwup is Still present..
Physics doesn’t scale.
they are missing a few squares and cubes in thinking that small explosions can look like big explosions.
other than that, great job!
