Part of getting my iPod Touch is that I get to download movies by Universal from iTunes which is great - but I want to spread the love.
The latest film I was given is Fast and Furious - a sequel to a film with a ridiculously similar name (which I guess is a conversation for another post).
The film is a return to its roots (hence the similar name) with Vin Diesel and Paul Walker reprising their roles as leads of the adrenaline packed car fest that this is.
Fast and Furious is a 'sit down, switch off, enjoy' type of film - designed to thrill and entertain, with no hint of a message or attempt at art. It's a popcorn flick for the MTV generation, which is emphasized by its MTV award nominations, and at this it succeeds perfectly.

I thought it was a great film! Possibly even better than the second one! Never got around to watching Tokyo Drift though so not sure about that.
Would be great to get that now when I plan to by an iPhone really soon!

I think you'd be surprised about "the experience". Watching a film on an ipod held a couple of feet from your face is not much different to watching a film on a tv that's the other side of the room.

Wow! My son just got an iPod touch this weekend and his favorite movie of all time is Fast and the Furious. He would love me forever if I won this for him. Well okay he probably love me forever anyway, but he would freak out.

Vin Diesel movies in general are popcorn fare ... not that that is a bad thing. I actually enjoy all of the ones I have seen.
