  1. appreciate it ben! we’re enjoying the work and the community is really rallying around the content! and appreciate your interview as well!

    1. I think it’s got off to a really good start – in fact I am already having trouble keeping up with all the content! 🙂

  3. The beauty of WP Realm is that it’s run by the community. So the only way it could die is if the community dies. I don’t normally contribute to other peoples sites, but WP Realm is quite different since I can be a part of it.

I do find it sad to see some of the other sites die off though. I loved WP Tavern and for a while there WP Candy looked like it was going to take over it’s mantel, but that does not seem to have been the case.

    1. Yeah – I think WPRealm has a lot of potential. I hope it keeps going.

WPTavern was great when I started with WordPress, but it’s death has been slow and quite painful. It’s a shame but I think it’s the right time.

WPCandy on the other hand is much younger and was doing great – then it sort of vanished. I think Ryan just needs a bigger editorial team to help him out and it would instantly come back to life.
