Binary Joy – gaming news and reviews website

Binary Joy is a website dedicated to video games, but not just any games. Good games. Games you enjoy. We will feature any game, as long as the person doing the writing enjoys what they are playing. This means that you will only find games that we think are worth playing.

Binary Joy logoAs I mentioned a month or so ago I have been rather quiet on Binary Moon recently. I now think I am ready to reveal the reason behind the silence. The reason is that I have been working on, and released, a new blog called Binary Joy.

Binary Joy is a gaming news and reviews site. Somewhere I can post about the games I enjoy. I hope to eventually turn Binary Joy into a gaming community with people posting their own news and reviews – but that sort of thing is some way off.

9rules

Last month, shortly after the site was launched (yep – I’m slow), Binary Joy was accepted into the 9rules network. So, along with this site, I now have two sites in the 9rules games community. Hoorah!

There is still plenty to do with Binary Joy but for now I am just happy to have people visiting the site so head on over and join in the chat.

Taking part

If you feel you have what it takes to write games reviews, and you fancy getting the latest indie games for free (primarily pc) then I would be happy to set up an author account for you so that you can post your news and reviews. Once I am making money with the site then I will be happy to pay a percentage of the ad revenue to authors as well so you may even earn some money out of this – although I wouldn’t give up the day job just yet.

Was it good/ useful/ a load of old rubbish? Let me know on Mastodon, or BlueSky (or Twitter X if you must).

Thanks for reading. I'd really appreciate it if you'd link to this page if you mention it in your newsletter or on your blog.
